On behalf of BoConcept, KOLLAB is looking for an IT Integration Specialist to help shape and deliver integration solutions that support business growth and innovation.

The role
As an IT Integration Specialist at BoConcept, you’ll be at the heart of designing and enabling seamless digital connections that power BoConcept’s business. You will translate complex business needs into robust, scalable integration solutions – ensuring that data flows reliably, securely, and efficiently across systems.

With your strong understanding of application and infrastructure technologies, you’ll help BoConcept build integration landscapes that support growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability. In this role, you won’t just implement solutions – you’ll influence how integration is done.

What you’ll be working on
You’ll collaborate closely with BoConcepts’s IT partners, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality integration solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze integration needs and provide time and effort estimates for the design and implementation of solutions within projects and IT demands.

• Focus on building self-healing integrations, using retry patterns and robust exception handling ensuring compliance with data flow principles, security standards, and governance boundaries

• Testing integrations through a structured approach to ensure stabile integration flows

• Produce high-quality technical documentation including flow diagrams and knowledge handover to BoConcept’s IT Operations for efficient 1st level support.

• Safeguard data quality and consistency by setting up relevant end-to-end monitoring, logging and validation procedures focusing on maintaining healthy running integrations

• Collaborate with IT Operations on trouble shooting issues in running integrations and initiate long-term solutions and fixes ensuring stabile and healthy integrations.

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance current integrations and data flows, focusing on performance improvements and cost efficiencies.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices - particularly around data integration, APIs and SQL.

Your decision-making scope
You’ll be trusted to make informed decisions related to the design and implementation of integrations and data flows, always in close alignment withBoConcept’s IT Enterprise Architecture and senior stakeholders.

Your background

• You communicate fluently in both Danish and English, both verbally and in writing (mandatory)

• You hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field

• You have 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with integration solutions

Your technical foundation

• Strong Azure knowledge: You are familiar with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service buses, API management, Azure storage for integration data exchange, Application Insights and Azure DevOps and know how and when to use these.

• Strong Integration knowledge: You are experienced with APIs, including request/response design, authentication and payload transformation and you are familiar with OpenAPI/Swagger for API documentation.

• Strong technical foundation: You have great experience in using JSON and XML payload structure and are familiar with using SQL, JavaScript and C#.
